Day 1 : CASABLANCA
Upon your arrival to the recently renovated Casablanca airport, our staff will greet you and take you to the hotel for a well-deserved dinner.
Day 2 : CASABLANCA • OUARZAZATE
Depart for Ouarzazate via Marrakech and the High Atlas. Arrive in Ouarzazate in the afternoon, and visit the city and its famous kasbah including that of Taourirt, the former residence of Pacha Glaoui.
Day 3 : OUARZAZATE • DADES VALLEY • TINGHIR
Depart for the Dadès Valley and its oasis strip a beautiful green setting for the “thousand Kasbah road” surrounded by poplars and rose gardens in Skoura, El-Kelaâ M’Gouna and the Boumalne du Dadès. Travel into the desert as the scenery changes from lush greenery to the golden sands of the desert as you travel through the Dadès Gorges. In the afternoon, leave for Tineghir and its famous oasis of almost one million palm trees.
Day 4: TINEGHIR • ERFOUD
Fifteen kilometers from the village of Tineghir, at the end of valleys sprinkled with palm groves and Berber villages, is the Todgha Gorges one of the most beautiful sites of the country. This imposing fault and its 300 m height will amaze you. At the bottom of the gorge that separates the High Atlas from the Djebel Sagro flows sparkling clear water. Next step: Erfoud.
Day 5 : ERFOUD • MERZOUGA • BIVOUAC IN THE DESERT
Just as the nomads, you will travel between dunes by camel to your campsite. Admire the beautiful sunset over the dunes before sipping a mint tea and enjoying a traditional tagine over a campfire. Spend the night in the middle of the desert, under the vast and starry sky.
Day 6 : ERG CHEBBI • ZAGORA
Travel in a 4×4 across the vast stone desert toward Alnif After lunch travel through the Boughafer massif to the Zagora oasis. Enjoy free time to visit this fascinating city cradle of the Saadians who ruled in the 16th century and conquered Timbuktu.
Day 7 : ZAGORA • AGDZ • AIT BENHADDOU KASBAH
To reach Ouarzazate; travel back up through the stunning Drâa valley. Defying the austere conditions of the desert, nature displays its awe-inspiring colors of golden dates in palm trees, oleander bushes, brown, beige and gray mountains overhanging an ochre land, and from time to time, like mirages, numerous qsour of beautiful golden sandy colors. Arrive in Ait Benhaddou and visit of the UNESCO World Heritage site.
Day 8 : AIT BENHADDOU • MARRAKECH
Depart the South for the fantastic “Salt Road” through the Ounilla Valley beloved by the painter Jacques Majorelle. In the magnificent site of Telouet, visit the wonderful former kasbah of the Pacha Glaoui. Arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon and stroll around its walls before checking in at your lovely riad for a relaxing evening.
Day 9 : MARRAKECH
Free day in Marrakech. You may visit the medina, the old fortified city, and several beautiful historical monuments: the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, and the Ben Youssef Medrasa. Enjoy the alleyways and the souqs, full of perfumes and an amazing array of wares and vibrant colors. Enjoy lunch wherever you chose. In the late evening, after the excitement and hubbub of the famous Djemaa El Fna Square designated as a world Heritage Site by UNESCO take a barouche drive around the walls and the palm grove and enjoy some quiet.
Day 10 : MARRAKECH • ESSAOUIRA
Trip to Essaouira, the former Portuguese Mogador, the white and blue city nicknamed “well-drawn” as a French architect drew the plans for the city in the 18th century for the Sultan ben Abdellah. See the incredible Gate of the Marine and the Skala with its alignment of bronze cannons. Enjoy the peaceful calm, the whitewashed houses, quiet squares, welcoming cafés-terraces, ancient fishing port, quality craftwork (thuja wood marquetry) and exquisite seafood. The city has a warm atmosphere and is known as a favorite destination for tourists and artists from around the world
Day 11 : ESSAOUIRA
Spend the day swimming and relaxing on the white sandy beaches of Essaouira. You are free to stroll in the narrow alleyways of the town or to relax on the beautiful beach by the Atlantic .A quiet and pleasant day in a haven of peace.
Day 12 : ESSAOUIRA • CASABLANCA
Return to Casablanca.
Day 13 : CASABLANCA
Visit to Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city. A major port and the economic capital of the Kingdom .Visit the United Nations Square, the Al Habous district, the Royal Palace and the Great Mosque Hassan II (Dhs 100 for a guided interior visit).
Day 14 : DEPARTURE
Transfer to the airport and receive assistance until boarding.
